'Like many of you, I have found myself feeling utterly helpless and overwhelmed by the homeless problem in NYC, especially being confronted by it every day on the trains and streets. I heard about NYC Relief earlier this summer and it has quickly become one of my favorite organizations. I remember my heart LEAPING when i heard about their mission and thinking 'That’s what I’ve been looking for!' At the heart of it all they aim to LOVE people. Program neighborhood client for mac. They love the homeless by providing food, clothing, prayer, conversation and countless other resources through their weekly relief buses scattered throughout the city.

They also provide one-on-one Life Care Visits that help with next steps for the individual; whether rehabilitation, employment, or housing resources.
